The Office of the Privacy Commissioner holds workshops on the Privacy Act in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Participants receive training in the Privacy Act and related legislation along with comprehensive documentation to take back to their workplaces.

An Introduction to the Privacy Act
An overview of the Act for those who are not familiar with it.
The Health Information Privacy Code
An overview of this code, particularly suited to people employed in or working with the health sector.
Information Matching Workshop: The Privacy Act and developing an information matching programme
This workshop is specifically aimed at people who are or may be involved in developing an authorised information matching programme in a public sector organisation. Please pre-register your interest as workshops will be planned based on interest and numbers.
