The Office of the Privacy Commissioner marked its annual Privacy Week 2015 from 4-10 May with a number of activities and products.

These included a privacy-themed art exhibition by artists from Vincents Art Workshop in Wellington and posters created by the Asia Pacific Privacy Authorities (APPA) under the theme Privacy Matters

A related event that was held soon after Privacy Week was the Identity Conference on 18-19 May at Te Papa in Wellington. which featured a stellar line up of overseas and domestic speakers. You can find out more about the Identity Conference here (our blog post includes presentations by many of the speakers featured).

We also produced a number of YouTube videos to highlight Privacy Week, including one with a general privacy message and others with Privacy Commissioner John Edwards and the Government Chief Privacy Officer Russell Burnard.
