The Privacy Concerns and Sharing Data survey was commissioned by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and conducted by UMR Research from 30 March to 18 April 2016.

The margin of error for a 50 percent figure at the 95 percent confidence level for a sample of n=1000 is approximately ±3.1 percent.
