Two members of a man's family entered into a finance contract in his name to buy a car. They defaulted on the loan and this impacted on his credit rating.
A couple were on the mailing list for a real estate company. They requested that their names be removed from this list and the company said it had done so.

A woman was a regular customer of a bar and restaurant in a small town. She complained that the bar manager had disclosed information about her to her employer.
