Privacy Act 2020

The Information Matching Agreements finalised under the Privacy Act 1993 continue in force under the Privacy Act 2020 (Schedule 1, section 11)

Information matching provisions are listed in Schedule 5 of the Privacy Act. Some legislative provisions result in more than one operating programme.

These programmes must be operated in accordance with the Information Matching Rules (Schedule 6) and Part 7 of the Privacy Act. We report annually on each programme's compliance.
