Spot checks on credit reporters 2019

The final report on OPC's 2019 spot checks on New Zealand's three national credit reporting agencies. 

Mystery shopper checks were conducted by 30 people employed on behalf of OPC between October 2018 and February 2019 to see whether the agencies were complying with the Privacy Act and the Credit Reporting Privacy Code.
