Four-monthly reports to the Minister of Justice - 2020

In the four-monthly reports to the Minister of Justice, we comment on how work is proceeding within the office on such matters as complaints and investigations, policy and codes of practice, communications and governance. 

We also send our KPI trend report which includes figures related to the number of complaints we receive, the volume of traffic on our website, the number of participants for our e-learning courses and other activities across the office.
