Complaining to our Office

If you have complained to Latitude and you haven’t heard back from them within 30 working days we encourage you to make a complaint to us.

Please provide us with a copy of your correspondence with Latitude for us to assess. This should include telling us what information of yours was caught up in the breach.

Please also let us know what harm you have suffered because of the breach.

What can you expect from our office? You can expect an acknowledgement of your complaint.

Although our Office is now investigating Latitude Financial it won’t be a quick process. We’ll undertake a compliance investigation before we look at individual complaints. However, it’s important to let us know your experience so we can get a sense of the number of people affected and the issues people are facing.

You can read more detail about what an investigation means in our media release of 10 May.
